I would like to study English with your school, what will I do?
Thank you for choosing us. First, we want to get to know you better by letting us know the following in order: your full name/your desired course/time and schedule/your email address/your available time for Skype meeting. You can submit this information via our inquiry form at our Contact Us page. Then, we will send you a confirmation email within the day for a scheduled interview. You will then be directed to pay for your course at the Buy A Lesson page. After payment, we will guide you on how to install our virtual classroom in your desktop. In order to do this, we must set up a Skype meeting so that we can guide you while we are installing our Virtual Classroom Software. It's an easy one click installation so no worries. For teaching, we use either our Virtual Classroom or Skype whichever is more convenient for you. However, even before buying, you can always request for a demo class.
I do not know what to study. What can I do?
We will be more than willing to assist you. You can always request for a demo class so that we can assess you and create a recommendation on what course can better suit your English language needs.
Is my payment secure?
We guarantee the security of your payment. We use Paypal as our payment processor. After your payment, it will be automatically reflected in our account and we will send you a confirmation receipt. What are the requirements to study?
You must have a desktop PC and stable internet connection preferably DSL. Our technical requirements are posted in our Demo Class page. If you prefer to study with a tablet PC like Ipad, Nexus, or Samsung Galaxy, we can only use Skype and not the virtual classroom.
What if I am absent in my class because I have something important to do?
In case that you will be absent for your class due to some important errand or emergencies, please advise us four (4) hours before your scheduled class time so that we can arrange for a make-up class. Kindly refer to our Company Policy page regarding class absence notification.
What if my teacher will be absent?
In some rare cases wherein a teacher will be absent due to an emergency, we always have a substitute teacher ready to teach you. In such case, you will be notified twenty-four (24) hours before your scheduled class time. Please take note that if there will be changes in our schedule due to system maintenance, you will be notified twenty-four (24) hours ahead of time.
Can I change my schedule?
Yes, you can change your schedule provided that you inform us that you would like to change your schedule forty-eight (48) hours ahead. We advise that you coordinate with your teacher
